Dimitris Christoforidis

A citizen of the world, but with an American business mind, Dimitris Christoforidis arrived in Los Angeles at his early 20s and it did not take him long before starting his very own club restaurants.

His vibrant personality along with his strong managerial and hospitality skills did not leave the local crowd unimpressed and very soon Hollywood’s avant-garde became his restaurants’ most loyal fans.

Eventually his love for his home country brought him back to Greece only to join forces with the award-winning chef Christos Athanasiadis and open the first ‘nice n easy’ restaurant in Athens. Together, they expanded the concept with two more all day restaurants, as well as a gourmet restaurant, while for their latest project they decided to take a step further and introduce us to their Exquisite catering services.

As a true supporter of healthy dietary, Dimitris is also the proud owner of a water buffalo farm in northern Greece, providing diary for his restaurants and is always happy to educate his team and clients on his greatest passions; buying local, the importance of superfoods and organic farming.
